The Sensex is a financial technology and quantitative intelligence platform. Our content, including BSE Sensex expiry analyses, option Greeks breakdowns, and broker fee tables, is engineered for informational, educational, and workflow automation purposes. Calculations provided by our tools (Brokerage, EMI, SIP, Position Sizing) are mathematical estimations based on current prevailing exchange fees and statutory levies.

3. Algorithmic Trading & Non-Guaranteed Returns

Trading in equity derivatives (Futures & Options) carries substantial risk of capital loss. By connecting your account to any algorithmic or semi-automated strategy:

• No Assured Returns: Past performance indicators, backtests, or hypothetical Sharpe ratios do not guarantee future returns. The Sensex does not promise, offer, or market fixed returns.
• Slippage & Latency: During volatile market events (RBI announcements, Union Budget, global geopolitical shifts), market orders are subject to price slippage and broker API rate-limiting beyond our operational control.
• User Discretion: You retain complete autonomy to pause, disconnect, or override any automated algorithm at any second via your broker console.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, UI components, codebase, branding marks, and quantitative editorial research on thesensex.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Sensex Capital Intelligence Technologies. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, automated web scraping, or commercial re-distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to platform utilization shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
